I had a wonderful experience and Mr. Gary was the best and he helped me and my family out and gave us a brand new Optiq. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Gary and Tex was also a wonderful person which helped in the process he was very friendly.
I recently had a chance to work with Mohit Sharma at Frost GM, and he went out of his way to help me with the purchase of a new 2026 Chevy Trax 2RS. He was very patient and dedicated throughout the approval process. Will definitely come back for my next car and recommend others as well. I had a very disappointing experience with George and Caroline at GM Frost. I clearly instructed that my parcel should not be delivered to a business location, especially since I paid for it and i said i will pick tht up . Despite this, they still delivered it to a business, completely ignoring my request Because of this mistake, I ended up losing $250, which is completely unacceptable.
