I took my Yukon Denali to Frost GMC for an oil leak repair and it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. It took them two attempts and three weeks to “fix” the issue the first time. After driving an hour and a half back home, the truck was dripping more oil on my new driveway than before. Took my car here for an appraisal to sell, they spent an hour looking it over and said they couldn't meet my asking price. They said they'd ask some other dealers if they were interested and I said sure, I later found out they were auctioning my car on TradeRev without my consent. I was called by one of these dealers who wanted to purchase the vehicle directly. Extremely unprofessional experience.
