Very disappointing experience. The car service takes an unreasonable amount of time, and the staff are not welcoming or attentive. It often feels like they are ignoring you and don’t even want to provide service. Customer service should be much more professional and respectful. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the wait times and the way customers are treated.

I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. Subhkaran was the person who sold us the car and the GAP insurance. We were told that the GAP insurance would cover everything, but when we actually needed to use it, we found out that only about 50% was covered. The problem is that these details were not properly explained to us when we bought it.
