I just purchased a beautiful rose gold Albert watch chain from Frost Antiques and I couldn’t be happier. Carolyn helped me through the entire process during which she was very helpful and patient. It took some time to make the right selection, but she stuck with me until I was confident I had the necklace that was right for me. I would give their customer service 10 stars and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Would give it 6 stars if that was possible. Cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable, scrupulously honest and trustworthy, and very reasonable on price for the lovely items they have in the store. It's even worth going in just to have a look at their superlative library of books about gems and jewellery. They are themselves, a rare gem.
