I went to Dr.Froome for a few yrs. Really liked him at 1st. One day I went for a root canal. When his helper was handing him a heavy tool over my face it fell right on my front teeth. I didn't move I was terrified. I already have anxiety going to a dentist. It hit hard & hurt. They quickly left the room. I still couldn't move was in shock & scared. Thought they broke them. So he didn't do the root canal. He coated my front teeth so I couldn't see what they did. No apology, nothing. So rebooked me for a root canal. I kept put... read more
Dr froome is the best. His dental work is amazing, especially the freezing.. Never hurts! His office is very clean and the staff is amazing. I'm a very anxious patient, and have so many dental issues but Dr froomes kindness and care is unmatched!
Imagine these were your teeth. The dentist *over-polishes* your tooth, and when you go back to show him, he *polishes it even more.* Then, when you call a third time—because you *know* your tooth isn’t the same anymore—you’re met with gaslighting. He tells you it’s just the lighting and the angles in the photos that were emailed to the office.
