We had a great PT but overall service is horrible. I have called many times, explained their providers cannot just show up anytime they want. Several times they came without calling and missed the client who was out at appointments. Another time they showed up in the evening, woke the client to work out, stayed 15 minutes and left. There is no case manager assigned, the therapists do not coordinate visits and neither does the company. When I call to discuss, I’ve been clear that we need a call and a schedule. Dr. Patel took excellent care of my 90 year old mother after she was discharged from the hospital. She made great improvement with his caring approach and expertise. His Holistic approach to treating her vertigo was most helpful! He was quick to let her know that if she needs him for anything in the future to call. We definitely will!
I have been under the care of Frontview for approximately two months. My primary contacts were the visiting nurses whom I saw weekly. But my most complete contact was with Dr. Akash Patel my physical therapist. I cannot speak highly enough of the complete, compassionate, and intelligent care that I received from this doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone for assistance in reaching their recovery goals.
