My experience with this boutique was amazing. I have shopped at other locations and was sincerely impressed by this store. This is my second wedding- same man just for a renewal. My first dress I bought for our original wedding was purchased for $2750 at The Perfect Dress so I had high expectations going in. I have gone back and forth from writing this review so many times. After paying around $2000 for a wedding dress we had a horrible experience. Between the owner canceling and not showing for 2 appointments and having a new person measure me and measuring wrong. Which resulted in me having to pay hundreds of dollars in alterations. It was a horrible experience. I requested a partial refund at the time of getting me dress wrong and was told no that it's not there fault. Which is was as they took the measurements. Nice atmsosphere, quant little place .Not a rush feeling
My first visit at the store was amazing very good overall experience. So I was hoping that when I picked up my dress it was the same experience but it wasn’t. I tried my dress on and immediately got upset/mad because it didn’t even come close to fitting. I told Samantha I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but thought that because you took all my measurements it would have fit at least in one spot. Absolutely loved our experience at this bridal shop! The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making the entire process feel special and stress-free. The selection of dresses was beautiful, and very reasonably priced! I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal shopping experience—highly recommend!
