As of today, I've had Front Point for many years. I've never had any issues with equipment or the service; I've been very happy with that end of things. However, due to circumstances, I was looking to cancel my account, and they made it extremely difficult for me to do so. This is bad business.
The rep shared a lot of information about system. He was very helpful, understanding, ad had a lot of patience.
Frontpoint Security is a state of the art, reliable and user friendly home security system. Self set up and installation is easy with technical support available to help. I have been a satisfied customer for many years and I highly recommend them.
