Frontpoint’s devices are dated if you’ve had the system for awhile. They don’t replace them, rather you have to purchase new ones. We had to update the keypad that quit working, and to do so, we had to enter into a new three year contact, even though we had been customers for years. When we moved to another state, and no longer needed to use the alarm system, they charged us 80% of the amount remaining on the contact term to cancel. This is solid company with great products easily installed by you. Their customer service is very good and speak good English easy to understand. Their monitoring is state of the art. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years with no complaints.
