BUYER BEWARE!!!! The worst security company ever! They made it extremely difficult to cancel my free trial and as a result tried to trap me into a regular subscription plan. I send the stuff back, and they sent it back to me and called me every day for a month and a half harassing me for payment when I cancelled my card they had on file. These predators even called my mom. End result, they sent my account to collections and I never even used their services!! Excellent customer service and great product
I was a Frontpoint customer since April 2014. I saw the quality of service slowly degrade over time but stuck with them because of the amount of $$ I invested in equipment and their competitive monthly rate. They continue to try to increase my monthly rate now that I’m out of contract. Recently, I was told I could no longer keep my current rate without entering into another 3-yr contract. Charged me for a very long time after service was not used and not available potentially. Highly recommend avoiding for that reason.
This company provides poor customer service, shows no concern for outdated equipment, and aggressively pursues payment just six days after the due date. Their staff is also incompetent and consistently avoids giving direct answers.
