Poor customer service promised a refund by representative only to be told Front Point charges a month in advance so they CHEATED me out of $42.00. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible customer service rep, harrassing me for services I had canceled with the company I signed on with and never agreed to do business with this company. They claimed my account was sold to them when I had canceled and closed my business months prior to their 05/2025 acquisition. Would not listen to what I have explained or do further investigation with the company that sold them the client list. Will file a report to consumer affair for unethical practice and harrassment. This company and equipment it provides is absolute garbage!! I would have gave it 0 stars but that wasn't available!! The sensors brake, beep and generally don't work Customer service is absolutely useless and have no compassion when calling about parents that have dementia and can't figure out how to work the system.. trying to squeeze an extra $300 out of Us and wont let us cancel the account. Kudos to Mr. Darius Jernigan for providing excellent and patient assistance in setting up the updated control panel. Also, his responses to my many questions have been very helpful.
I definitely do NOT recommend Frontpoint home security systems. They are glitchy and the cameras usually won’t record when a person is in view. I have had problems getting the security system to turn on, and have had to call customer service to try to fix the issues (including having them mail me a new hub). When I called to cancel my service, I was informed that I would have to pay for both this month and next month’s services despite canceling at the beginning of the month.
