I have had Frontpoint Security for years and until recently we loved it. Unfortunately, the as other have said, the system isn't working when needed. If you call, they will belittle you and state it is not their responsibility or fault if it is not working. In fact, they "own the products and it works great for them". I have made multiple attempts to cancel, but they will make you pay an insane amount of money to cancel and there is absolutely no discussion.
