Excellent customer service and support
Installed a new Frontpoint Security system at home and had a great experience. The hub and keypad connected right away, and all 9 door/window sensors synced without issues. The smoke/heat sensor paired instantly, and the mobile app made setup and testing very simple. Everything worked on the first try, notifications were fast, and the system feels solid and reliable. Very happy with the installation process.
Unacceptable treatment they would not help me set up my app because they said they could not verify my acct!!!
We have had them for 6-7 years and had no problems. This month both of the out door cameras quit working. I called 3 times in a week and after of 9hrs + of waiting in hold and working with people we had enough. I switched to ADT. As I wright this I’ve been on hold for 35 mins to cancel our service. Just horrible customer service. I would recommend ADT or someone else. Don’t waste your time. We loved front point but they just went down hill. I would rate them a zero if I could
