Unethical management and leadership
Someone else called frontline because I am having a mental health crisis. They said they'd call me this morning and we'd have a whole plan but they lied. The first time I contacted 988 myself they said they couldn't help me and ended the conversation. Why did they even come to my house and say they were going to help me? Helped me feel more worthless.
Unethical hiring/firing and daily operations. Would not support this agency in any fashion.
2025 UPDATE: They are still a disgusting organization that does zero to help anyone and in fact will come out and tell personal medical information about the person who called to the psychotic person. The black male doctor laughed in my face while describing the mental challenges and mental health crisis I was going thru. Never went back.
