This company is a scam. They don’t have a working phone number and can’t get a hold of anyone whatsoever. And no website. They were our credit card processing company and still are charging our company fee’s with no phone number or website to find out any information. Stay clear from this company. They have charged our company so much money. If I could give them no stars we would.. very disappointed!!!
I've been trying to close my account due to the excessive fees and TERRIBLE customer service. Whenever I call they tell me it is going to take longer, maybe a month or more, the guy I need to talk with is out to lunch right now, there are a series of processes they have to go through... etc. etc. What this tells me is they are going to find a way to get more money out of me before closing my account! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Support worked great got me all the info I needed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT WHEN TRYING TO CANCEL. RANDOM CHARGES FROM TWO DIFFERENT MERCHANTS. WHEN I REVOKED FROM MY BANK THEY CHARGED FROM A DIFFERENT MERCHANT. I CANCELED IN DECEMBER AND THIS IS MARCH...When I used this business they were very helpful and responsive. When I changed salons and tried to terminate the service was told I had to send a notarized certified letter, which i did. Was then charged a fee for January. We have been using Frontline Processing now for 10 years. We have had only one small issue and they were johnny on the spot to fix it. When we had to go to the chip reader machine they made that transition very easy for us. They came to the shop and did it for us. An out of state company would have mailed it and said good luck. We get soliciting phone calls monthly from out of state firms wanting our credit card business. We tell them no and I would recommend you tell them no also.
