I had a primary care doctor for many years and they closed his practice. I was extremely nervous about going to a new doctor. I picked Dr Faldu after a few days of doing research. My first visit I was sick with the flu. I was extremely impressed at the care that I had received. His bedside manner is amazingI cannot say enough of how attentive and caring he is. Easy appointment and friendly staff. Dr Faldu is very attentive and assuring during his interaction and takes the time to explain his recommendations and diagnosis.
I did like this place, was even driving an hour because I liked the place, but insurance fraud, or insurance mistake, or just needed to get extra money changes that. I saw the dr once, but every other time has been different nurses. I went in for a wellness check which should have been covered by my insurance, but instead of coding it as a wellness visit they coded it as a follow up and a wellness check.
