My office visit was one for the record book. The staff was so very nice and very professional. I was called at the exact time of my appointment. There was no waiting around, not even for the doctor. They didn't waste time at all. Dr. Faldu is a true professional. He had great bedside manners during the appointment and he also used a considerable amount of patience. I was very impressed.
Very personal and deeply involved with health wellness and goals I should strive to achieve better health for the future. Very patient and never rushed to finish. I am very thankful I have him as my doctor. He is the best primary doctor I’ve ever had.
This office is all about the money ..Anytime you need a refill on your meds they want you to come in. I've been on my medications for years before coming to them. They know that it's nothing new for me to take gabapentin, but they want to charge me a visit fee just to refill the same script they filled for me on my appointment day one month prior. And when I asked for a emergency amount to last the 4 days until my appointment they denied to do so. I've never gone through that in all my years. They lost a client. I went to ur... read more
Dr. Faldu and his staff is professional and caring. Dr. Faldu is personable, attentive and takes the time to listen to and understand your medical issues and recommends the very best treatment action on your health and needs. I would highly recommend him.
