This office is all about the money ..Anytime you need a refill on your meds they want you to come in. I've been on my medications for years before coming to them. They know that it's nothing new for me to take gabapentin, but they want to charge me a visit fee just to refill the same script they filled for me on my appointment day one month prior. Dr. Faldu and his staff is professional and caring. Dr. Faldu is personable, attentive and takes the time to listen to and understand your medical issues and recommends the very best treatment action on your health and needs. I would highly recommend him.
Great care is taken when handling patience
My husband has been having some health issues. Loosing his last primary care doctor last year he has been having on going concerns and not getting any answers. I must say that Dr. Faldu has been the best doctor I have seen . He truly cares about his patients/ even being a brand new first time ever patient he showed so much care n I felt he honestly wants to help my husband. I thank you Dr. Faldu . No waiting. Seen at the appt time. DR Faldu is the greatest! He never rushes you out. He will take all the time u need to answer ur ?s and explains everything. Neverhad such a caring dr who seems genuinely interested in me & my well being .
