Don't get you stuck in a contract, you'll keep making payments and they'll keep charging you and not show up. All the positive reviews is because people are getting 10 bucks off their first treatment lol You can do this yourself !! It's a cash cow
Do not trust this company they will tell u one thing and then charge ur card another. Long story short I was told I was getting charged a one time fee for a spray that would get rid of my ants wasps spiders and prevent rodents from getting in. I was also told they would do the inside of my house for free but never did. Now a month later I’m getting another charge so I call and ask them what’s going on and they tell me I actually am signed of for a year contract !? Awful experience trying to cancel them. I tried canceling them for my sister and they keep transferring you to “loyalty” members that will call you back in 1-3 business days and then they call you and if you miss the call and call them back you get put right back in line and it’s an ongoing cycle that lasts for weeks. Terrible customer service. If I want to cancel my service I should be able to without all this nonsense. Will be reporting them to the BBB for unethical practices
These guys are so desperate for business they will text and call you and even show up at your house even after you have told them multiple times you are not interested in their overpriced services and to stop contacting you. Suggest you stay away and spray the exact same chemicals they do which you can get on the internet or Home Depot for $40.
