Jeff was thorough and detailed. He explained what he had done, removed a hornet’s nest and checked for termites. Jeff was polite, friendly, and gave us his recommendations. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing service.

Technician informed me that there was no insecticide that was 100% effective against the spotted lanternfly. However, he stated there was some success using the general repellant applications. His knowledge and customer service was good and I appreciated that he took the time to explain all that he was doing.
