These guys are clowns. I write to them asking what it will be for them to come out to do one simple pest treatment. This guy Luis texts me back at 1:30 AM and tells me that they can give me this great discount because of my military service and they can start me on a monthly treatment plan. Then I get two emails, again at 1:30 AM, that have an authorization agreement attached to them asking for my personal information, the prices for each month, and my signature. James came to complete my mosquito treatment and shed a lot of light on the treatment for townhomes. I truly appreciate his candidness and attention to detail as he treated my home. He was thorough and explained everything he would be doing.
I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be warned about Frontline Pest Control. DO NOT use this company. This business operates in a way that feels designed to trap customers. They lock you into a one-year contract, and then hide a ridiculous $600 cancellation fee in the fine print. It feels like they are trying to pull a fast one on customers by not being upfront about these terms. What seems like a normal service quickly turns into an expensive headache once you try to leave.
