Impossible to cancel your account. I’ve been trying since May, by email, multiple phone calls, call backs from the specialty department to no avail. Very dishonest company.

I would not like to give any stars, they are the worst company and the service is the absolute worst. I have called for several months with no satisfaction, so I wanted to cancel the service. They want to charge me an early termination fee because the suck!!!!!!

I ahve been trying to cancel this service for two weeks. THey countinue to try to charge my bank card $912.00 even after ive requested the service to be canceled. Everytime I get someone on the phone they say thats not their dept. Then whenI am supposedly getting on the phone with the right person the pick up the phone and hang up. This place is terrible to deal with. I still havent received all of my services that I paid for last year and theyre trying to charge me for another year.
