BEWARE: Frontline took advantage of my mother in Virginia by getting her to sign an annual contract on their phone. They have deceptive practices. When you contact them to cancel, you get put on call hold and they tell you it can't be cancelled without a $300 fee. BUYER BEWARE!!! Only good reviews are posted by their company MGMT.

Put down pest control for a mouse in the mouse ate the little food block and didn’t die so I went out and bought mouse pads and caught myself.

I had a service scheduled but called to cancel the service and close my account before the scheduled visit occurred as I no longer wanted to pay for work to be done on my property. The service rep helped me but then the next day a technician still came to my house while I was at work and sprayed my property without my approval and then the account I had told them to close was charged $40. I called to speak to rep and was told that I had to speak to someone in billing and the rep said they would have them call me back. I neve... read more
