First service was just done after signing up with them. David from Arizona, the technician, introduced himself and was professional throughout the entire visit. Any question i asked, he answered without hesitation. So far so good. Thanks!
Don't trespass on my property. Stop instructing your employees to trespass. Whoever the little boy was that mouthed off to me at my home and got a smart mouth after being told not to trespass is going to be the reason you learn how to train your employees because the next time this happens it's not gonna be a warning.
Terrible customer service. Laugh at your concerns and do not have the slight care about you as a customer. The don’t respond and they literally are the worst company I have used in my 50 years. Unreal how they do not care about anything you bring to their attention. I use smaller companies but this one is not worth your time. Too bad you can’t give zero or negative stars
Never sign up for their subscription service. They do a decent job on the first visit and then on subsequent visits do not investigate reported issues or even get out of the truck to spray. After reporting these issues on numerous occasions never received a call to discuss or attempt to remedy the issue. NO WAY this place has 4.9 ratings. I been using this company past 9 months due to sign up for an 1 year contract saw high ratings and I would never ever renewal after my term is over. Most of techs are super rude and very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and I would never let my wife stay by herself when service is getting done. Usually it takes no more than 5 mins and I could do better work than that. I feel like I’m getting scammed by seeing what they do and I’m still having a spider issues.
