Darrell J is an awesome technician! Very thorough and about his business. His follow up is top notch and he even asked if I had concerns with any of the products and if The company met my expectations.Although it’s really hard to determine with mosquitos I notice less after his treatments but I can tell that the ant treatment is very very effective. I appreciate the service from my technician Darrel J.
I have to say, again Tyvon has come to the rescue. The hornets had started to rebuilt their nest but I contacted Frontline's technicians and he came out in the evening and took it down again before the hornets took over. Hats off to Tyvon.
1 star rating is too much. horrible customer service. invest into the competition and don't waste your money here.
I had to leave a review because it's quite rare nowadays to find great customer service and employees who take pride in their work. Tayvon Smallwood serviced my home after having an infestation of bees (I was stung several times). He went beyond to get down to the source and returned to make sure that all was good. Thank you. Kudos to Frontline!!!!
An overall great experience with Frontline! As a first time home owner, I really appreciated the time Tavon S. took to explain every step of the process during my first treatment with the company. He was extremely professional and flexible with my busy work schedule. Another Frontline employee also identified an issue, which allowed it to be corrected quickly. After a not great experience with another company, Frontline will continue to be my choice in protecting my home!
