Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company. I initially contacted this company before moving into my home because I had read the reviews and expected a professional, reliable experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Tray Smallwood performed service at my location on Saturday 08/22. He listened to my concerns and took the appropriate action to handle the situation. He gave me suggestions to eliminate my situation by destroying all of the old cardboard boxes in my unit. He is competent, professional, and he knows how to really listen and please the with customer concern. Really made my day a technician who's working hard, "going out of his way, trying to provide assistance. Thanks Tray!

Tavon Smallwood was very professional in his approach to the extermination of the wasp nest located under our deck. Two other technicians had already failed to locate and destroy it. He is very courteous as well. I highly recommend him and would like to call on his services again in the future.
