Terrible customer service. Laugh at your concerns and do not have the slight care about you as a customer
Unfortunately, I had a rodent problem at my house. I reached out to them based off someone telling me they were a good company. They came into my home and handed me a stack of traps. I was told that they would go around the perimeter. I was told that they will move things around to see if they could find anything fill in stuff go around the borders. None of that was done. Why is it Friday December 6th 2024 at 1PM and I call 4 different Frontline phone numbers for service and ALL of them have a recording that they cannot answer for “reasons beyond their control?” Why does the recording say their hours are until 5 PM but I am getting a recording?? I NEED SERVICE FOR THE MONEY I AM PAYING!!
The first person who came out 3 minths ago was not good. Didn't spray everything... but today Javon Tolson came out and was super nice, called ahead of time and asked what i needed done. I told him and he did it thoroughly! 5 stars for javon! 4 stars because they had vrappy people before.
