I would not recommend this company I had a situation with an overflow in my master bathroom with feces or waste water tissue and all coming out of my standing shower with my husband and I bailing water try to control the situation I was told I should have taken pictures or videos of the incident before they can approve the claim knowingly we had to do damage control at the time not thinking about anything else than to put the situation under control. Just Don't. If you are thinking of working with this company save yourself from a horrible experience and work with someone else. This companies follow up and claims department has to be one of the worst ever.
