The guys that did the actual work are amazing and super nice, punctual, and overall great guys. The management side is trash. The guy that started my quote failed to communicate and follow up for scheduling services I paid half down for. And even then failed to initiate 2 other windows he quoted me for. If it wasn't for Casey taking over, I would have asked for my money back. We just had 2 windows replaced and fixed. The 2 men who did the installation where great. We would definitely go to them for any glass or window repair.
Good quality. Efficient staff
The people are very nice and gave me the best deal they could to cut a piece of glass for my picture frame with my wedding picture that had broken. It's a unusual shaped frame so I was very happy they could help.
