Any other freight company not be worse than Frontline freight. If you do not need the shipment, you can go with frontline "Estimated delivery time" is to get shipment, delivery date is 1 week later than estimated

The worst shipping company I have ever used. We use shipping companies several times a year and have never had these kinds of issues. Our shipment left California a month ago and arrived in Orlando over 2 weeks ago. It has been sitting in Orlando an hour away from us. I have been given every excuse in the world as to why it has not been delivered yet. Terrible experience. Customer service has no clue of status or when anything will be delivered - it changes every time you call, like they are just making it up. No call ahead or liftgate as requested.

THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE. DONT EVERY USE THESE GUYS. THE DELIVERY DATE OF MY FREIGHT SHIPMENT WAS POSTPONED OVER 4 TIMES. WHENEVER I CALL I GET LAME EXCUSE. IF I WERE YOU I WILL USE OTHER RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL FREIGHT CARRIERS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE BUSINESS BY NOW.

Absolute train wreck of a ompany! It’s been almost three weeks since I ordered my freezer. Just got off the phone with them, and they said if I want it faster I can come pick it up. Come pick it up? That’s literally your only job.
