Customer service is top notch! If you are not satisfied, they will come back until you are! I have used them for years!
I called to cancel a year ago after we had 5 feet of water in our house from the Nashville flood. The person I talked to said she understood and wouldn't be a problem. A few months later they started showing up and treating my house. I kept sending them away telling them I cancelled. I started receiving bills saying I owed for the services performed.
