Frontline is legit! I first heard about them after my mother and sister went through a hail-damaging storm that destroyed the integrity of their shingles to their houses. Luke was good to work with and the roofers did a great job as well.
Took months to hear from anyone about total cost and the amount kept changing. This was after they already did the work of course. It was a run around with them and my insurance then finally they gave me a total I paid it and was told my account is fully paid but a month later they said I owed more! They overlooked telling me about an extra fee for months! Then wouldn't even acknowledge the mistake that was made until I asked for upper management. Frontline adjusters roofing was amazing for my experience. They kept in touch throughout the process, they finished my house roof and garage roof in one day with several workers, my roof looks amazing not to mention they copper sealed my chimney, they also left all the extra material for us which is great if we ever needed in due time to replace a shingle or so… my brother and my man went up on both roofs and we are 100 percent satisfied with the work.
Frontline Adjusters team did my roof few years back. They did a great job! I worked with Robert, he is great! Recently I had minor issue, called Robert and I was impressed with his response. Frontline Adjusters honored their workmanship and were responsive addressing the issue for no charges.
