Lindsay and Karissa have been AMAZING to work with!! We found ourselves in a desperate situation recently, and from the moment we contacted Frontier they were nothing but kind, friendly, attentive, and very communicative. Lindsay and Karissa worked their tails off to get us in to our new rental, and we couldn't be more grateful!
Patience is a virtue! We knew that rushing into the rental scene from a different state was going to be tough. At first it was a little rough to have back to back communication (its busy season so we know every company is backed up);however, after calling in to their office Colby was kind enough to talk to me and state the obvious that they were behind and were just getting through applications. I had a great experience renting from and working with Lindsay! She was responsive, attentive, and always on top of things.
Discriminatory application process. And a waste of $70. They obviously manipulate the process to deny qualified applicants so that they can rent to the candidate they want (likely a friend or family member). They also give erroneous reasons for their denials and refuse to return calls asking for an explanation. We found Frontier West properties after needing a new property manager. What a great experience it has been having Colby as our representative. From the first meeting, he was personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We had some challenges with our houses and he understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen. He's been very proactive in keeping us ahead of importance maintenance and is cost effective when arranging repairs.
