I brought my very sick cat to frontier. Unfortunately, the best thing to do for my cat was to put it to sleep. I want to say that everybody at frontier was so compassionate, so caring in my time of sorrow. They prepared a special room so that we could spend time with my cat before they had to put him down.. They brought the cat wrapped up in a blanket so that we could hold him for the very last time. They let us have all the time that we needed to say goodbye. Rude staff with poor communication skills. Very uninviting and presented themselves as unhelpful.
The whole staff is wonderful. They are professional but friendly and personable. Fluff and Wilson are very comfortable when they are there. That to me is a sign of a great veterinary clinic. Thank you Frontier!!!
We love the Frontier crew! They’ve always treated our animals (and us) with patience and kindness. My dog gets so excited to see his friends at the doctors office. Lol!
