Do not book loads with them! They will cancel a load after you arrive and NOT pay a TONU. We booked a load yesterday (11/11/2019) that was picking up today (11/12/2019) at 11:30 am. Our drivers drove 85 empty miles and arrived early. The shipper informed them the load was already picked up. When we contacted the broker, we were told the load was canceled and that a TONU would NOT be issued. The “manager” was very rude and unprofessional. He told us that they were not going to pay because "other carriers cancel all the time".... read more
