We worked with Joe from Frontier Title to take care of our mortgage titling services, and had a great experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. On top of all that, he was also ~$500 cheaper than the title company our bank selected initially, and several hundred dollars cheaper than the other title companies in the area. I can't think of any reason to go somewhere else. Highly recommended!
I shopped around and these guys were the cheapest. I has so happy to find out that they offered great customer service. They even closed my mortgage at my house after hours because I travel for work.
