Theresa is hands down a 5-star rockstar. She has handled multiple closings for me, some have had their own interesting situations or interesting people on the other side, but no matter what, Theresa always manages to make it happen in a timely manner. She's always my go to for title services.
Mortgage Brokers/Loan Officers BEWARE!! This company will NOT work with you on how your broker compensation is paid out. We pay our LO's same day or within 24 hours of funding, whichever is possible.
