"TItle is title, but it's the customer service experience that makes us different." That is their slogan. They fell short with me. Had a Thursday closing with Friday funding. They were unable to make the payoff on my loan in a timely manner on Friday. Buyer funds came in at 1:30p, payoff wasn't sent until 4:27p. That cost me $808 in interest over the weekend.
The team at Frontier Title did a great job helping us with an out of state closing. They were quick to respond, very helpful, and made the entire experience super easy. I highly recommend them.

This place was a mess. They took 3 months to do and affidavit of heirship. Sarah the escrow officer was the most unprofessional person I have ever meet. Her attitude was ugly and beyond rude. Kate and Devin provided us with incorrect information about Warranty Deeds and Title transfers which cost us a lot of time and money. The Real estate agent we were working with said she had never seen this kind of unprofessionalism and advised going through another title company. I would recommend this place to anyone.
