Frontier Title is a small company with an office in Cedar Park, and another one in San Antonio. I’ve worked with dozens of different title companies, some of which have been good, some not so much. A lot of of it depends upon the agent. I highly recommend Frontier and Becky if you’re trying to decide. If you are an agent, I also recommend Lori, their marketing person. Becky Steinbrecher is 10 out of 10. I can't recommend her enough. She was always 2 steps ahead and was in constant communication through the selling process with both myself and my realtor. When a problem arose, she was on top of making sure it was fixed and fixed FAST. She made sure I closed on my property so that I could be fully funded for my new property. And when I closed, she made the moment special, complete with a cute photo opportunity and confetti! Thanks to Becky, selling was a seamless and easy process!
