RecommendedI was a Patient at the Peaks back in March their Transport Drive was fantastic but i may be a bit partial there as I have know the Family for several years .. but the Peaks center when I Arrived I was in a wheelchair and on 4 liters of Oxygen I was what I am sure one of the first Covid Patients in Longmont... I spent 4 weeks in ICU at Longmont United with some very very good dr.s or so my sister tells me it was touch and go for sure but the Dr's never gave up when I heard one of the Dr's tell a Nurse I was one breath away fr... read more
The best place I've ever worked. They treat all their staff as equals and they treat all their residence as equals. I definitely give them a 20 + star rating.
My Mother is in assisted living there and I just want to say she has received wonderful care. They are taking plenty of precautions to protect all the patients there. Thank you all for taking such good care of her!

I highly recommend The Peaks Frontier Therapy. We have a family member who received excellent care there. A minor issue came up and the staff was on top of it. The director Brian was very responsive. Thank You to their team!!
The staff is overworked. They don’t have enough staff to take care of the patients effectively. The food sucks! It’s absolutely disgusting!! It’s loaded with salt. It’s food that shouldn’t be fed to elderly patients. The person in charge doesn’t order supplies in a timely manner. I would give this place 2 stars max. Maybe the Medical Director should step in to help get this place organized.
I have lived at the Peaks Care Center for three and a half years. It's a good place to live. The staff are all great. It's a very friendly atmosphere. It's almost like one big happy family. Needless to say, I like it here at The Peaks.
