For the last 20 years Frontier has slowly acquired the better part of the block facing Central Avenue across from the UNM campus. I ordered a pancake 2 eggs over easy ham and tortilla and some hash browns and it was off the hook Frontier is one of my favorite restaurants to go to for breakfast and I have yet to try a lunch or dinner but it is a awesome place and recommend it to any and everybody of all ages the Lions looked long when you go in but it moves quick as hell and you get your food faster than any other restaurant I've ever been at five stars plus definitely
I'm from So. California (a.k.a. No. Mexico). Evidently there's a BIG difference between Mexican and New Mexican food!
Frontier is a quirky establishment in looks and setup, but I think that's what creates it's charm. The food is New Mexican at it's finest. Simple, yet unabashedly delicious served with red or green, or Christmas, the way I had it. It's fun, charming, the food is great, and the numbers of people that flow through Frontier each day, prove it.

Wow this place is so incredible the food is amazing! The drinks are so good as well! Plus its close to the college which makes it better and i recommemd this place to anyone who loves all kinds of food
