Never had a less communicative application. They’d send a message, and I would reply in minutes, only to get a response a week and a half later. This happened several times! Then they stopped responding altogether, never telling me whether the application was approved or denied. There are easier ways to waste $50

These people are dangerous. Tenants will harass you, stalk you, threaten to kill you, your family, attempt to kill you, repeatedly destroy your property. Completely unprovoked, some people I have never even seen before. Neighbor will threaten to get others to gang up on you to run you off because of your race, call you a genetic mutation and other racial slurs and take pictures of you to send to others to follow you and harass you. Management is awful, has poor communication skills, not upfront at all about whats provided to you as a tenant, and heaven forbid you have an issue come up your gonna have to wait 5 buisness days for your phone call or text messages to be replied too. They have assigned parking at the apartments but dont make sure that every room has its own parking spot. They are very quick to ding you if you park in someone else's spot though and issue parking violations quuckly but wont respond or prioritize any issues you bring to them. ... read more

Chad Murray and his team at Murray Mgt, LLC are an amazing company to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two weeks ago I was looking for available rentals for our son and his girlfriend and found units online that Murray Mgt, LLC was handling so I reached out. Chad responded quickly, promptly answered all of my questions and got us in to look at several units that same day. My adult kids submitted their applications and fees .
