Management is awful, has poor communication skills, not upfront at all about whats provided to you as a tenant, and heaven forbid you have an issue come up your gonna have to wait 5 buisness days for your phone call or text messages to be replied too. They have assigned parking at the apartments but dont make sure that every room has its own parking spot. They are very quick to ding you if you park in someone else's spot though and issue parking violations quuckly but wont respond or prioritize any issues you bring to them. ... read more
Chad Murray and his team at Murray Mgt, LLC are an amazing company to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two weeks ago I was looking for available rentals for our son and his girlfriend and found units online that Murray Mgt, LLC was handling so I reached out. Initial Challenges, Ultimately Resolved When the company purchased my building, tenants were given less than two weeks’ notice via a paper notice on the door to update payment arrangements. Unfortunately, I was away at the time and did not receive any direct communication by phone or email, which made the transition difficult. They charged me a month to month fee and rent after I moved out on time and followed the instructions I received from their own office but since it wasn’t in writing and I decided to call them to tell them I left instead of texting they don’t care and refuse to reverse the charges and I’m gonna quote Allie it’s “irrelevant” to them
Terrible Management! Icky property. This was easily the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I have a long rental history with excellent references and have never had an issue with any landlord until now. The property management constantly changed, phone numbers they gave out didn’t work, and it took several days to fix urgent issues like no hot water or broken AC — even in the middle of summer.
