they will send bills you don't know about to a scammy collection agency. I gave 30 days notice to Paula in Kirksville mo she kept the money and dumped her roach infested buildings on frontier, now frontier will send bs bills 2 years later on a lease I never had with them
We were temporarily placed in one of their properties for renovations on the apartments we live in and when it came time to move back to where we were, they acted like we were never supposed to be there temporarily. They also went in and destroyed their own apartment and said we did it. They refused to deal with the management company that put us there temporarily because of renovations. Upon move in the apartment was infested with roaches. The other tenants leave the front door open every day so there is no security to you front door and bugs are constantly coming inside. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with garbage from the whole neighborhood. They don't tell you in the lease that water is split between the units all on one meter, so you pay for your neighbors water usage. There are no gutters on the roofs and the windows let the breeze straight thru.
