They charged me a month to month fee and rent after I moved out on time and followed the instructions I received from their own office but since it wasn’t in writing and I decided to call them to tell them I left instead of texting they don’t care and refuse to reverse the charges and I’m gonna quote Allie it’s “irrelevant” to them
Terrible Management! Icky property. This was easily the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I have a long rental history with excellent references and have never had an issue with any landlord until now. The property management constantly changed, phone numbers they gave out didn’t work, and it took several days to fix urgent issues like no hot water or broken AC — even in the middle of summer. I had a satisfactory experience renting with them. I liked that I could pay my rent through Venmo so I wouldn't incur an extra fee when paying my rent. The office ladies were helpful. Michelle and Angie always answered my questions, and Rick and the other maintenance staff were friendly and reasonably prompt considering the volume of properties they were maintaining. WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM. MOLD INFESTED NASTY UNITS. THEY COME UP WITH ANY BOGUS CHARGE THEY CAN TO SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
