My family and I are looking to move so we decided to look at a property in Jamestown, within our budget. We gave the required documents and holding fee to get the keys to view the residence. Upon entering, there were dead pincher bugs all over the kitchen counters, cabinet cabinets, window seals and many other places. We also noticed cockroaches. Pleasant staff. Handled some minor flooding in my unit efficiently and quickly. (The property has a known problem with flooding; sandbags are routinely used during the wet season.) However... Pay careful attention to when your rent is submitted!!! I racked up several late fees and was never notified. A significant chunk of my security deposit was held; 10% really adds up. If jobs aren’t paying 3 times the rent, then why is that a requirement?! If everyone meets your requirements for renting, then why not just BUY A HOUSE?! Your pretentious requirements are the epitome of why there is a homeless problem
