I live in Spencer Creek Apartments in St. Peter's Mo. Frontier Property Management purchased the apartments. Many improvements. New shingles, gutters, painting buildings and much more. Special Thank You to Candice our manager. She is so nice and very sweet with everyone. Rob our maintenance guy works very hard to help residents. Sheryl our maintenance and cleaning lady is a special lady with a big heart. Thank you for Wonderful People.
The bathtub is painted it is peeling you can see light through the floor they are worse throughout the building They are racist They charge 195 dollars more for these run-down apartments. They have their property employees hanging out in the basement doing drugs. Coming and going at night to the basement as if it were their hangout this place is not worth 895 they lost their dam minds and they tried to evict you so fast so they can charge you 400 dollars for lawyer fees and im so sad to say this but health department needs t... read more

Scheduled a showing with them to view one of their apartments. Took time out of my workday to go see it since they don’t offer after hours. And they STOOD ME UP. Not a good look for a company trying to get tenants. Absolutely pathetic, I’m pissed I just wasted my time on a shitty management company.
