This is by far the WORST company I have ever rented from. I have one bathroom and for the last month my toilet will not flush unless it’s plunged multiple times. This is still not resolved, I had to call the city and file a complaint this morning. Oh and then there’s all of the water damage.. it rains in my kitchen when it rains outside. When I first moved in, the hot water tank was broken, and it took over a month before I had hot water. Soon after, the stove went out, and it took another month and a half to get a replacement. The washer was also broken, and again it took them about a month to send someone out. Maintenance requests are never handled in a timely manner, and no one at the office ever answers the phone or responds to calls. Terrible communication. They will leave you on read and don’t care about your problems don’t even bother renting here
AC has been out for a week. Not getting a response at all from the company. It going to be a hot and humid week. I’ve never done this before. Desperate times. They haven’t been great.
