Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone they are horrible and I need to move asap haven’t even been here a couple months and the place is just constantly going down hill from the previous tenant and I’m steady having sewer issues back to back and water problem’s and etc I’m over it
Maintenance takes almost a month to respond.
Yeah, you should never rent from these guys. They choose the crappiest properties (see below), present them as nice, jack up rent, and just mismanage the crap out of them.
Unbelievably incompetent. They are impossible to get a hold of. Nobody picks up the phones. Emails take forever. They supposedly respond to texts but ignore issues 95% of the time. They kept pushing off mailing me my security deposit. When I finally got a hold of them to get my deposit back, they told me the owners and management companies had changed! They charge 195 dollars more for these run-down apartments. They have their property employees hanging out in the basement doing drugs. Coming and going at night to the basement as if it were their hangout this place is not worth 895 they lost their dam minds
