The bathtub is painted it is peeling you can see light through the floor they are worse throughout the building They are racist They charge 195 dollars more for these run-down apartments. They have their property employees hanging out in the basement doing drugs. Scheduled a showing with them to view one of their apartments. Took time out of my workday to go see it since they don’t offer after hours. And they STOOD ME UP. Not a good look for a company trying to get tenants. Absolutely pathetic, I’m pissed I just wasted my time on a shitty management company.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone they are horrible and I need to move asap haven’t even been here a couple months and the place is just constantly going down hill from the previous tenant and I’m steady having sewer issues back to back and water problem’s and etc I’m over it
