Terrible communication. They will leave you on read and don’t care about your problems don’t even bother renting here
AC has been out for a week. Not getting a response at all from the company. It going to be a hot and humid week. I’ve never done this before. Desperate times. They haven’t been great.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This company has been nothing but awful! They have the worst communication and customer service. It takes weeks on end to get any help. They are a money hungry company and do not care for their tenants at all! Do NOT rent from them!
I had a really good experience living at 1 of their properties. Gaby is great! She was very quick to resolve any issues or concerns that I had. They also have a really great maintenance team. Mr. Keith is really awesome! Any issues I’ve ever had with my apartment was fixed immediately and they were always very prompt.
