I don’t even want to give them one star but I have to in order to leave a review. I rented from Frontier and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not an honest group of folks in my opinion and very lazy, don’t take care of their tenants. Snow removal? Not a chance. I scooped the walks for our building several times last winter. Lawn maintenance? If you want it to look like you let your 5 yr old loose with the mower. Decent with maintenance, will not respond in a timely manner for anything else if they respond at all. Also cannot/will not help you if there is anything illegal going on or you need help with anything other than maintenance. Telling everyone I know/work with about this because the past year has been a horrible experience renting. Side note - will not do anything about illegal substances being present in a household. I recently rented an apartment from Frontier Management, and want to share my experience--it was nothing but positive! I met Dillion at the rental property; he was SO helpful! He called Brad (to answer a few of my questions) and he, too, was very helpful through the entire rental process. I contacted Melia with questions regarding the application and she, like Dillion and Brad, was so kind and patient with all of my questions, and actually stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was able to complete the process. Rented from here from 2022-2024, don’t recommend it. Place wasn’t clean in the slightest when we moved in. That first summer June of 2022 a tornado partially hit the complex, sending a tree through our bedroom window. Had someone from outside this management group come into our apartment and we were told the bedroom carpet should be replaced due to the amount of glass spewed everywhere.
