Decent with maintenance, will not respond in a timely manner for anything else if they respond at all. Also cannot/will not help you if there is anything illegal going on or you need help with anything other than maintenance. Telling everyone I know/work with about this because the past year has been a horrible experience renting.
Rented from here from 2022-2024, don’t recommend it. Place wasn’t clean in the slightest when we moved in. That first summer June of 2022 a tornado partially hit the complex, sending a tree through our bedroom window. Had someone from outside this management group come into our apartment and we were told the bedroom carpet should be replaced due to the amount of glass spewed everywhere. I've been with Frontier for some time now and recently signed a renewel for one of their properties and have had an excellent experience thus far. Melia Haynes has been wonderful to work with and is always responsive, as well as the rest of the team in the office. Nothing but positive remarks to say!
