I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Frontier Property Management to do their research and speak with current or former tenants before signing a lease. The most alarming issue was our front door lock repeatedly failing and trapping us inside a second-story apartment. I would not recommend Frontier Property Management. During our tenancy, we were told multiple repairs would be taken care of, yet several were never completed while we lived there. Then, after moving out, they deducted over $825 from our deposits/credits—including an absurd $650 cleaning charge, despite us leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in.
