It's a shame that I can't rate the property management team higher. Overall, the home we rented was nice, things worked, and it was in a nice area. Communicating with the maintenance team was a joke. They'd text or call the morning of someone coming to the house, or someone would just show up and let themselves into the yard. Trying to contact someone from the office is also ridiculous. This is the worst landlord I've ever had. I've lived at their apartment complex on Fremont for multiple years and nothing ever gets better. In the first year that I lived here, the carpet was damaged in one bedroom, which I paid to replace. Yet, they tried to force me to replace the carpet in the entire apartment and only backed down after I threatened to take legal action against them. They expect you to abide by all of their communications but completely ignore the concerns and questions of their tenants. The latest issue ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT rent from this mess of a company. We rented a house from them on Himes near the stadium. The HVAC does NOT work in two of the bedrooms and they refuse to fix. Communication was very poor. When we would reach out with issues we were spoke down to. Maintenance entered multiple times with no notice. The list goes on and on.
My husband and I applied and was told there was no applications for the property I wanted and when I asked for an update they said a lease was signed … lol $70 down in application fees . After looking through the reviews it looks like this was a blessing in disguise
