We’ve rented from Frontier for a few months now and have had very mixed experiences with them, especially with maintenance. The home we moved into has had a significant number of maintenance problems since we moved in and frontier (or the property owner according to them) has seemingly done the bare minimum and avoided actually fixing problems at all costs. Frontier is the worst place to rent from with the horrible business ethics I don’t know how this company is still in business. Was emailed from property management that my lease wouldn’t be renewed because they’re selling the house but told me if I found a new place they would end my lease with no penalty. Once finding a new place and informing them they told me I still had to pay at least another month because they weren’t given enough notice and my rent for the next month was not even at the due at the time. Don’t ever rent through frontier if you can help it. The office manager is incompetent and zero help whatsoever. Maintenance is slower than my grandma. They do no sort of pre inspection prior to move in whatsoever. I have a brown recluse infestation first day of move in and a week later still no exterminator has come to spray the property. They are telling me I am responsible for the inside when the infestation was there prior to me moving in. I would never recommend Frontier Property Management to any tenant or property owner, especially military families. I am a responsible tenant in my 40’s with an excellent rental. Being in the military I have rented from all types of landlords and property management companies from all over the country and I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group like Frontier.
