I will second the 5 star reviews being posted by "the company". DO NOT TRUST THOSE REVIEWS. They talk a good game at the start of the rental process and have some fair properties. As to fair properties, think relatively clean, safe, close to campus, etc.: basically functional units. They had reasonable rental fees and a portal to pay. However, they basically steal a good portion of the security deposit. Our deposit was $950. We had the unit extremely clean when we left, cleaner than when we got the unit for that school year.... read more
DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. This company if thats what you want to call them will let your house become disheveled and ruined without a second thought. If you want to throw your money away for sub-par repairs and extremely high maintenance charges then by all means go with them. They charge the homeowner and previous tenants over 7k for "move in ready" fees, only to do half assed work and hire companies who do even worse work for more money. For home owners looking to rent their property... I would only recommend this company if you're cool with them robbing you blind with ridiculous over priced fees and maintenance, letting your property go to hell, and if you enjoy 0 communication. Or if you're a renter they're perfect because if you decide not to pay your bills, they'll just stick it on the home owner! This crappy company has 100% let us down, go anywhere else!
I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Frontier Property Management to do their research and speak with current or former tenants before signing a lease. Our experience has been extremely frustrating, particularly when it comes to maintenance, communication, and how serious issues are handled. Maintenance requests are frequently untimely, overlooked, or treated as though they aren’t as serious as they actually are.
