Horrible. They go around buying up cheap property and turn around and rent it to scum bags. We have two of their properties near us and both are trashed with garbage and squalor.
Terrible company. Bought the property next to me they have rented it twice. (We all know you have to put 20% down to buy property right) trash everywhere, vehicles rolled over in the road and stripped for parts. Vandalized my trailer twice. Finally they moved my trailer and used it for target practice. Even stole the blocks it was sitting on. NEVER had a problem before Frontier Land came to town. Now I have to hope I can sell my place because I will never feel safe as long as there my neighbors. He obviously takes advantage ... read more
Rip off! Super high interest. And they are not picky who they sell to either. We left because a neighbor kidnapped our dog, and shot at another neighbor.
I found northwest frontier land company as uncooperative in giving information on property. The northwest frontier land company website inaccurate. And the guy on phone trying to get me to buy a more expensive piece property. I only called because the site showed a affordable piece of proptery that was for sale. Just to find out it had been sold a week ago.
