This service department doesn't provide fast service and the people working there are very short with you on the phone, they don't like giving you information, they refuse to work with the warranty companies so you have to pay a higher price and when the warranty is almost up and you need something fixed that the warranty should cover it takes them conveniently just looking enough to figure it out and fix it that the warranty no longer will cover it. Drove a couple hours to Winner to look at a car and the process could not have gone any easier! Brody was awesome as well as Jimmy! Also, the finance lady, sorry I don’t remember her name was amazing as well! We did not sit there all day, we were in and out in a matter of an hour or so! Thank you all for a great experience and we love the car!!!
I wanted a truck only to pull a trailer, i found a really cheap Cummins here that was cosmetically rough, but on the phone I was assured it was only cosmetic and in good mechanical shape. Drove 5 hours from SE Nebraska to come look at it, arrived at the dealership, was once again assured they did an inspection and fixed a couple things (headlights, wheel speed sensor) and it was mechanically sound.
