My partner recently had oil change from this dealership for our 2024 outlander and after a week of driving it i just noticed our driveway there is some oil leaking coming out from our vehicle and when i check it the oil filter cap is loose not tight enough and we lost a lot of oil so i need to buy from canadian tire and went again to this dealership to get our vehicle check up

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it’s been nothing but a lemon. Constantly breaking down. I had to replace my engine… my vehicle sat in their Shop bay for how many months. The first engine they sent them was the wrong size.. then the second one had misfires.. then the third one finally was good to go. They sent me home with my vehicle and of course I had to bring it right back right because it broke down once again. Their mechanic even forgot to put a clip on my fuel line.. A few weeks ago, my RVR decided to think that the keys were still in the ignition when the keys were not in the ignition. I showed up after 5 o’clock. The service advisor was still there. He came outside and took a look at it. And he actually fixed it right Then and there. He just jammed the key in the ignition, a whole bunch of times and it fixed the problem. Saved me a lot of money.
