I am a current resident in this building, and our in-unit washing machine has been broken for over a year. Every single time we use it, it gets stuck mid-cycle and has to be manually drained before we can remove our clothes. Because the building super’s working hours are limited, anyone with a regular 9–5 job has little chance of getting help the same day. Great location and very new construction so it’s hard to go wrong in that regard BUT honestly what made this place stand out was Annette Beatrice. From the get go she was easy to work with and had such positive energy, she really sold it.
