Non responsive customer service and poor handling of closing the Omaha store. They should not have been selling annual memberships in February with a pending announcement in April that they are closing. The concept of offering a pro rated “website” credit for the value of the membership is unacceptable. Dispute charges with your credit card if you paid that way. I received an email stating the omaha location is going out of business. I have a membership here and they said to email them for a pro-rated discount. I emailed them and have yet to receive a response. I went in person ans spoke with a customer representative and she said she sent an email with the same concern and I still haven't received a response.
