Mobile Crisis—specifically Anngel, Krystal, and Lilly—have been nothing short of extraordinary for our family. They have come to and been involved with our home multiple times and provided extended support, and every single interaction has exceeded expectations. Extremely nice and patient with me during my lowest moment. Don’t listen to bad reviews here. The single night I stayed I seemed to be the only person treating these people with some dignity and respect. Very sad as they were so great to me, and I could even hear them being more patient and nice to multiple rooms with trouble makers than I could ever be. God bless you all!
I’m begging y'all to ignore all of the negative comments here. If you’re looking for somewhere to go in a crisis or just if you need a safe place to talk, this is absolutely THE place to go. My husband and I both have used Hawthorne, and they are the kindest, most patient, and understanding people. They truly listen, every single person on the staff is overwhelming kind, and your comfort and safety is their #1 priority. I will recommend this place to every single person that needs some extra support for the rest of my life.

Very badly run and organized! Voice not heard and did not feel like they cared at all. Their process for new patients is horrible and broken they say walk in hours are at a certain time but they start taking said walk ins anytime they come making it already full when u come at the correct walk in time. Process involves seeing 5 different staff two of which were on zoom which is annoying in itself that I had to miss 3 hours of work to come there and zoom a provider.
