Dr.Kaif was short with me when in the office then even less helpful after my procedure. Didn't explsin much, I just figured things out after getting my results on the portal. I've been seeing a new GI practice now...one with empathy and better bedside manner.
Had a new patient appointment scheduled for myself but things came up. Went to go trade my new patient appointment for my son and they said they didn't accept his insurance, even though I was on the patient portal to find them. Called today and asked if they took his insurance, got asked if it was another type than what I had stated. They don't listen in the front apparently. Not even had the chance to be a patient and I'm already disappointed.
I move from Philly to FL last year not knowing any providers. I was referred to Dr Raif and I think he’s great. Friendly staff and Dr attentive and listened to me.
Although there is a wait, Dr. Kaif is very thorough and listens to your concerns. He takes a very detailed hx and asks appropriate questions. I was there with my husband, but will DEFINATELY be switching to him. I will wait as long as needed to feel that I matter.
