Had a bit of a clog and leak issue with my dehumidifier. Joshua Luke came out, serviced the machine, altered the drain line, re-leveled the machine and cleaned up the machine and the surrounding area. Additionally, he walked me through the servicing procedures. I still highly recommend this company and their employees.
We’ve had good experiences with Frontier over the years. Ben Mounsey was our latest service technician and did a thorough job, was great with communicating and explaining, and was very professional overall.
Today Hunter Faulling with Frontier came out to inspect my crawl space. My insulation is falling in some areas and laying on the ground in others. After evaluating the crawl space to include photos, Hunter went over the findings and gave me options on how to: 1) correct the insulation issues, 2) solve moisture issues, and 3) prevent a potential foundation problem. I agreed to proceed and installation will begin in January. Thank you, Hunter, for treating me in a courteous and professional manner.
Joshua did a great job he was very professional at his work and informed me of any problems that were there or may arise in the future and answered any questions or concerns that I had.
Our service appointment with Ben Mounsey was thorough, professional, and helpful.
