Husband passed away and here it is 9 weeks later and they have gotten nothing done Still waiting so I can collect on the life insurance, which is probably not going to pay as they are telling me 6 more weeks. Horrible service, horrible to make me wait for this. Terrible place. Please I know its hard but do not send your loved one there if you can keep from it. Cass County is a shitty hospital, who uses shitty people for outside services.
My father passed away and I was informed I should receive the autopsy in 8-12 weeks. I waited an additional couple weeks as I was informed COVID had slowed things down. I called 8-10 times in the span of SIX MONTHS, constantly having to ask where the autopsy was and each time I was told it was not done. Talk about dragging out a very rough event in my life and that of my family's. Absolutely horrible experience. I am set to receive the autopsy tomorrow 6 months later...….. unacceptable.
