Frontier Ford Inc is The Best I've also made all my purchases and have all my service work done at Frontier Ford. They hold up to the Ford name and have my trust. I'll agree with the other comment, Ted is the reason I keep coming back he really cares.
Fred Schmucker Price negotiated ok. But did not acknowledge or mention that they add $150 "administrative fee". Try to sell you 3 other b.s. plans and in the same breath ignore to mention a buried fee that the state says is not required. Never again at this slimy joint.
10 years of buying vehicles Frontier Ford is where my whole family goes to purchase vehicles. We have trusted them iwith all of our vehicle decisions and have never been let down. Ted Lutz is one outstanding young man and is the sole salesman that we deal with. He is always upfront and honest. Their service department is first class as well. I recommend them the next time you are looking for a vehicle.
Joanne Z. This is the WORSTE Ford dealer in WA. The management is aweful. The finance and insurance girl, Susan G. is rude and treats the customers like they are stupid. MOST of the salesmen are lazy. And they all use foul language in the showroom infront of customers including elderly people and children. This isn't a respected Ford dealer, it's a daycare for middle aged men.
Beware of Their Shtick This is my experience purchasing a new 2008 Ford Ranger at Frontier Ford, Anacortes Washington. A vehicle was chosen from the lot and the price was negotiated. The price was written on a piece of copy paper with a felt pen. The paper was taken somewhere and I never saw it again. Tip #1: Make them give you a copy of that paper.
