My husband leased a Mustang Mach-E that left us stranded on the side of the road several times. One time on the highway with kids in the car. It took 4 visits for the same problem for Frontier to FINALLY take us seriously. They found what was wrong but are in no hurry to fix the car. It has been 5 weeks and we are paying a lease payment on a car WE DO NOT HAVE USE OF! I called up to get my PCM/TCM Software updated, or at least check if the most current software was installed.They asked what was wrong, I told them. Apparently the employee no longer cared what I wanted, and instead just put "diagnose".The morning of the appt, I called and asked how long a software update will take, they said 30mins-2hrs, so I got someone to follow me, so I wouldn't be stuck in the lobby.After 2 hours I began to text asking for an update, was ignored for 2 hours. This dealership is a complete ripoff. They will give you a report that lists option that the car does not have and pretend it does. Unfortunately I did not catch this until months after. I went there and confronted the sales manager and the first thing out of his mouth was that they have a legal disclaimer. In other words they can lie and deceive you without recourse. Will never do business there again. Know wonder their not BBB accredited.

After buying a used truck from Frontier Ford I drove it home and motor oil was pouring out of the oil pan. I assumed it was a bad oil pan gasket so I replaced the gasket. After it continued leaking and after some trouble shooting I found out the fuel injectors were dumping fuel into the motor. I had purchased a warranty with the truck and after reading the fine print the warranty would only pay up to $3500 for all repairs. At first I though $3500 per occurrence but it was the max payout. I purchased a car from Frontier Ford last month. I have nothing nice to say about the service there. I came in with a loan pre-approval for 3.74% APR and I told my dealer this. He then brought me a piece of paper with monthly payments for my car that did not show the loan APR. I had to ask what it was and it turned out to be a 6% APR loan through the dealership that they were knowingly trying to scam me into accepting unwittingly. The customer service of the sales staff and management was consistently unprofessional leaving me to wonder who actually was in charge there. The behavior amongst the employees was casual, including picking on each other in front of myself and other customers. If I had the option of giving no stars at all I would. The process of buying my car was extended by an hour and a half just to meet with the finance department.
