Was there 7 AM for a 9 AM pick up delivery did not get a dock or truck check in response until 2:30 PM already previously scheduled I don’t know why there was not a transfer truck designated for my load beforehand, but definitely a not so great experience once they began it was fairly quick, but just getting to that point was Mind wrecking to say the least.

this is a terrible place for drivers. They are very reluctant to unload you, there is no parking space, parking in the door is a problem. stay away from this place or be prepared to just waste your time.

Thanks amigos for the reviews. JUST CANCELLED A GOOD PAYING LOAD. I’m not dealing with all that. BS. I know once you are there can’t do nothing just have to eat the c…..and the more you argue the later they get you unloaded happens all the time in Calexico and Nogales …alv fuga

FCFS facility?? Not. 10 hrs wasted. Do not deliver here it will ruin your day. Decline the load. To begin with, there is complete disregard for the human being driving the truck. After your long drive, expect to wait at least 8 hrs for a dock. The office people seem to be nice, but they do not care about you. Commercial Trucks can not park out on any of the streets of El Paso. You will get a $240 fine if you park here like I did. They take forever to call you to a dock because you have to warehouse the load in your truck unt... read more
