I’ve been a member for a few years, and I feel like there is a high turnover rate. I’ve never even met the doctor in this office (don't even believe there is one). I thought the entire purpose of this model was to provide high-quality care and accessibility. I never post reviews but I am compelled to given the care we received here. When I first joined, our provider seemed up to date and she was very available and attentive to the patient relationship. I felt comfortable with her judgment. She left and we were never told but were just assigned to someone new -we found out when we tried to schedule with her. I love the way I'm taken care of here. Dr Martinez is incredible. Always attentive, always thorough, and always there when you need him. The female nurse, I can't even explain how amazing she is. Today she took blood and gave me an injection. I swear, I had never felt a more soft hand. Literally didn't feel anything both times. No other place I'd go to get seen. Thank you all.

Terrible policy, turning away patients who are struggling to walk for being 2 minutes over!

I honestly believe these practioners care about their patients. I have been several times, provided great service, and quick treatment options. No complaints here.
