This was my first visit and I loved the staff and the Dr. They really explained everything so clearly. Got me in and done on time, got my prescriptions called in quick and my treatment started same day. Very likable people - all of them.

I was underwhelmed after my appointment and left feeling frustrated, as Masha seemed disengaged throughout the visit. Unfortunately, this is a fairly normal experience with healthcare providers, so I wasn’t particularly angry about the appointment itself. I received my bill and saw a $370 charge for liquid nitrogen treatment of two spots, one on my face and one recurring spot on my leg. My mother went in for a biopsy for what we’re pretty sure is skin cancer. We need to get her in to see a hand surgeon because she’s in considerable pain and some fingers are going numb; however, they need her biopsy results first. It’s been 12 DAYS, we’ve made repeated calls to the office and still NO response or return call about her results.
