My MIL has had ongoing skin issues. Dr Edwina knew right from the start what treatment to use. She was very knowledgeable and sympathetic with an 85 year old. Thank you so much!
Referred by a dr and they don't have any availability for 3 years, yeah okay guys I'll just live with this issue for 3 years Why would you even make appointments that far in advanced. I'm literally going around in circles.
BAD. Book for 830, wait til 9 still not see a doctor. The specialist does value their patient’s time . Have to wait til his/hers working time to see their patients. I’ll walk out the building at 9 . Heater is way too heat in the room . Won’t be back
I had my first appointment with Dr Lamrock. Dr Lamrock was amazing. Kind, caring and understanding. I feel like I will be on the right path to treatment, even though it will take some time. The receptionists were very nice to talk too and was emailed all information prior to my visit. Forms to complete and directions etc. I now feel like I have a dermotologist that can help me and not brush me off like others have.
Considering this is a skin clinic who presumably deals with patients with potentially serious skin concerns, your receptionist Mel lacks any form of empathy or care. She only “decided” as she called it, to “try” to help, once she was called out for being so unwilling in the first place. You deal with stressed and scared people and a little bit of kindness goes a long way Mel
