I had a great experience at this dental office. Dr. Sun is very skilled, patient, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. Scheduling appointments is also very convenient and straightforward. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Sun and the team.
I love this group! Frontier Dentist! 1#) My Dentist in 1 word - awesome! With just the right touch when preforming delicate work. #2) The entire staff are top notch professionals at what they do. There is never any question I have - that they can't answer. #3) Insurance forms are filed automatically thereby eliminating patient stress! Clear statements, with highlighted procedure "cost" to the patient prior to getting the work done.
I am writing this review to warn others against using Frontier Dental Center, especially for orthodontic care like Invisalign. This is a small, poorly managed practice, and the level of care and customer service is appalling. I was forced to completely halt my Invisalign treatment mid-process and transfer my case to an actual specialist because the provider and staff simply do not know what they are doing.
