My husband had to cancel an appointment today because he woke up sick. He was told he would still be charged a $50 fee for rescheduling the same day. I called and got told the appointment was “moved around a lot.” The only other time this appointment was rescheduled is when the office was understandably closed to weather- so to make that our issue is unacceptable. Fantastic dentist. Dr Raju is incredible. The entire staff is great too, they’re always friendly and will explain in detail what is going on.
I had a great first experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor and hygienist really took their time and explained everything so well and gave many helpful tips! I am looking forward to my future visits with them!
Highly recommend!!! I have been having issues constantly that needed a root canal and was afraid to do the procedure, however, Dr. Raju and Micki assured me of the steps and procedures which made me feel confident in my decision, and Dr. Raju took her time and explained every step during the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable.
