The whole sales and finance departments made the purchase of my new truck seamless. Thank you to Sheeba, Brandon and Baljit for making it happen. They gave me the use of a loaner vehicle to fetch what I needed I only have great words to say about this dealership.
My most recent experience with Frontier was phenomenal. Staff were very knowledgeable, and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Brandon specifically was a most wonderful salesperson. Did not try to push me to something we didnt want, only helped us find what we did :). Highly recommend the team at Frontier, I will be going back for my next vehicle
10 years ago this fantastic dealership went above and beyond to get me on the road when I had a hanger bearing go, now today I could feel a slight vibration in my front end, mechanic went for a drive with me and found a wheel bearing starting to go. I wasn't even in the waiting room a hour and they had it changed out and we are back on the road to Rupert to catch some fish! Great group of people and fantastic service yet again! And very fair prices, thanks for not gouging guys!
Amrit, Sheeba, and Baljit are phenomenal. I highly recommend the whole team at Frontier. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond for customers. So extremely happy with the purchase of my 2024 wagoneer. Thank you for helping me drive away with my dream vehicle.
Made an appointment for an oil change at 1PM today, they said it would be under $200 and done by 2PM. Came back at 2:20pm they hadn’t even looked at the truck. Came back after 3PM to a nice $380 bill. Very poor way to conduct business would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time.
