I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Layne. From start to finish, he made the entire service experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way. My vehicle was purchased here in 2014, and this is still the only place I will take it for service. I drive 45 minutes from Midwest City because I know they are the best. I'm sad to see Jimmy is gone, but Layne and the rest of the service department, as well as front desk staff, have always taken great care of us. Waiting area is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Free wifi, so I can work remotely, which is much appreciated. Will continue to come here as long as they will have me. Thanks, Frontier!

Honestly way too many complaints to even list! But, will say their service department needs more training if they don't know it is bad to sit a GOOD battery on the concrete floor and let it sit there for no telling how long. They dont even know how to test a battery. We were very concerned for their lack of knowledge and asked that they put our battery back in a our vehicle and not to proceed with diagnostics. No 2 week or longer wait time to get in. Walk in and get checked out may be a small wait but there going to look at it that day. Hopefully they continue that aspect. Staff is friendly and helpful..
