Honestly way too many complaints to even list! But, will say their service department needs more training if they don't know it is bad to sit a GOOD battery on the concrete floor and let it sit there for no telling how long. They dont even know how to test a battery. We were very concerned for their lack of knowledge and asked that they put our battery back in a our vehicle and not to proceed with diagnostics. My vehicle was purchased here in 2014, and this is still the only place I will take it for service. I drive 45 minutes from Midwest City because I know they are the best. I'm sad to see Jimmy is gone, but Layne and the rest of the service department, as well as front desk staff, have always taken great care of us. Waiting area is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Free wifi, so I can work remotely, which is much appreciated. Will continue to come here as long as they will have me. Thanks, Frontier!

10/10 service from the moment we called to the moment we picked up our jeep. Had alot of troubles with a previous dealership and I’m glad it lead us to Frontier, we now have a reliable and trustworthy place for future service! Also shoutout to Layne in the service department he communicated during the whole process and made it a smooth experience!

I wanted a new ride and checked out Frontier on a Sunday. We met with Keegan Cross a few days later, already knew what we wanted so test drove it. He was like talking to one of my kids; not a pushy salesman. He got our paperwork ready, and showed me all my new jeeps features. Easiest and most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had. I highly recommend Frontier in el reno and Keegan Cross.

PSA for anyone considering Frontier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in El Reno: I would strongly advise taking your vehicle elsewhere for service, especially if you have a Mopar warranty. A few months ago, I went in for an oil change and requested a warranty inspection for an interior part that wasn’t working correctly. I was told the warranty didn’t cover it.
