They did away with their senior program and tried to steer me into this place. No sale. The therapist I got wasn’t reliable and I kept telling them this office was too far away for me, why couldn’t I be seen at the Pines one? Waited months and got nothing but put off and stonewalled.
I don't trust Frontier Behavioral Health and Evergreen Club anymore because of discrimination by staff members...
If you love your child, you wont take them here. My first gut feeling happened when there was a woman nodding out of her chair to the floor during intake. I should've trusted my gut. This place is not safe for kids. Very adult approaches to what should be child psychology. Just please be cautious bringing your child here.
This place is trash so are the people they discriminate not only did they drop me the day of my third EMDR meeting but then refused to do it after leaving me hanging. They won’t let me bring my dog even when I asked if they were allowed and I could bring a Dr. note and was told I didn’t need one but other people can bring their dogs. I have Autism so my dogs help me and the people have done nothing but cause issues and complain no matter what dog I brought. The people here don’t care about you or have any consideration.
