Horrible place I was getting abused and all Frontier wanted to do was family therapy. My guardians would lock me in a room with nothing no bed, no pillows no brush, one pair of clothes. They would only let me out to use the bathroom once a day and I could shower like twice a week. The family therapists didn’t do anything.
Denial for request for mental health help. Sadly if this is what you call decent mental health treatment you definitely have it wrong!!!
Wish there was a way to give negative stars. I have had the misfortune to have to deal with these people due to having a family member w/serious mental health issues; they have unfailingly been zero help. Their end goal seems to be to provide the least help they can. Spokane desperately needs boots-on-the-ground competent mental health care; as it stands now, I guess I "hope" for an emergent serious issue w/my family member so I can call the police and their mental health team...??? Sad.
I had a very disappointing experience with this organization and would not recommend it. In my experience, many of the therapists appeared to be very new and quickly became overwhelmed by the workload, which negatively impacted continuity and quality of care. There was a noticeable level of burnout that made it difficult to feel consistently supported as a patient. My experience with the psychiatric providers was also extremely poor.
